Drake and Jay-Z are up to something.
A few days ago, a photo of Jay-Z alongside famed Wu-Tang Clan rhymer Raekwon sparked talk of a long-awaited collaboration between the famed hip-hop legends. On the heels of that Instagram pic, a new image was posted of Jay with Young Money’s golden boy, Drake.
The pic was snapped by longtime Jay associate and Def Jam’s A&R man Lenny Santiago. To further add to the buzz, a caption was included with the photo that all but confirmed that the Roc and YMCMB had something in the works.
“Warning: Please be very afraid of the music we’re working on. OVO x ROCNATION” read the Instagram caption.
Jay has been dropping singles throughout the year and there is talk that he is working on an upcoming full-length album. Drake’s upcoming LP, Nothing Was the Same, is expected to drop sometime this coming summer.
