From Peabo to Sisqo: The 10 corniest male R&B singers of all time

No. 1 Ray J

Ray J leaving Fred Segal

Dude. Just stop. Let’s recap Ray J’s career: he was a child actor most famous for being “Brandy’s little brother.” Then he launched his own R&B career which we will generously describe as “B-list.” Then he starred in a sex tape with Kim Kardashian, who became more famous than he’d ever been after it was released. Then he starred in his own skanky reality show and resumed his R&B career–though no one seemed to care. He punched Fabolous and went on a ridiculous radio rant about indoor pools and outdoor pools. He then released an unbelievably immature track called “I Hit It First,” mocking his ex, Kim and her new boyfriend, Kanye West.

Dude. Stop.
