It seems that one of the best amenities at hotels, room service, will soon be a thing of the past. New York City’s largest hotel, the 2,000-room New York Hilton Midtown, is discontinuing room service in August. The replacement is Herb n’ Kitchen, a grab-and-go cafeteria-style eatery that will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
