“Scandal” star and glamour girl Kerry Washington made a rare appearance makeup free and dressed down as she was spotted leaving her NYC hotel Friday afternoon.
Washington, who was in town to deliver a commencement speech at The Nightingale-Bamford School for girls on the Upper East Side, headed out to get glammed up for another big occasion yesterday dressed in a sweater coat, green tee, ill-fitting jeans and flip flops.
