“Trailer Fest”: For the first time representatives from all the major studios (six major studios in all) will journey to Miami Beach, Fla. to do a presentation of their marketing plans for the summer and fall releases and then they will show the trailers to their movies.
“In the past we were doing our thing and it was special, but the world wasn’t paying attention,” Friday said. “This year more than any other year, we have participation from people and companies in Hollywood. So if there is a theme this year, it’s “Hollywood Pays Attention to the ABFF.”
