Another black passenger has had a run-in on a U.S. Airways flight. We recently reported that Deshon Marman was “arrested and straightjacketed” for wearing sagging pajama pants on U.S. Airway flight 488 from San Francisco to New Mexico. We’ve learned that Lindsay Capri Bien-aime, 21, on a flight from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to Charlotte, N.C., was hysterical when police dragged her off the plane in handcuffs in the presence of her toddler son for not following directions to turn off her cellphone. She lashed out at TSA officers, passengers and the flight crew hurling profane verbal insults and obscenities.

Bien-aime repeatedly tells the officer she hadn’t caused any problems and warned them not to “touch her.”

The U.S. Airways flight was reportedly delayed for 45 minutes and Bien-aime was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.
