The Magic — and the Wizards — wisely sidestepped Nerlens Noel and went with perhaps the most complete player in the draft, Victor Oladipo, who was most responsible for the Indiana Hoosiers becoming a national power and helping to transform the Big Ten to the nation’s best conference. His insane work ethic, great floor leadership and improved outside shot should help make the players around him better.
