Losers: Commissioner David Stern
He appeared to be taken aback by the cacophony of boos and jeers that filled the arena during Draft Day. While he responded with witty wisecracks, it had to sting to be treated this way on his 30th and final draft. He is retiring at the beginning of 2014. What a horrible sendoff.
