At first, the victim didn’t know it was semen until she glanced down and saw it on her knee, according to the police report.
Short then continued to follow the woman until she was able to escape into an employees only area, where she began to tell the workers about her gross encounter.
The suspect was picked up on a few charges, including offensive touching with bodily fluid, lewdness and harassment.
For his part, Short told troopers he had accidentally “flung” some mucus on the victim after sneezing into his hands. He later changed his story, claiming he threw some of his spit on the woman, whom “he felt was hot.”
