Dwyane Wade’s baby momma drama continues to reach new levels of absurdity. Two weeks after Wade’s ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, claimed that he left her homeless, the NBA baller decided to give her $5 million to remain silent.

However, while Funches’ publicity stunt made her $5 million richer, Wade will use it against her in the court of law. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Wade filed an emergency motion to demand that his ex-wife undergo a psychological evaluation or lose rights to any future visits with the couple’s two sons.

Funches sat outside of the Daley Center in Chicago with a sign that read, “NBA Miami Heat Star Mother of his Children on the Streets.” However, Wade had already given Funches $1 million and paid her a monthly salary of $25,000.

Although Wade was scheduled to give the kids back to Funches for a tweak visit, he has decided to keep the children until a judge issues a ruling. Funches’ attorneys said that she will appear in court this Tuesday to demand that Wade turn over her children.

Funches and Wade were involved since their high school days and got married in 2002. The couple divorced in 2007.
