Amber Grimes, VP of BuVision at 23, shares industry success

Amber Grimes is proof that hard work at any age pays off. After more than three years of grinding as Bu Thiam‘s executive assistant, who is also currently Chris Brown‘s manager, Grimes is on the track to becoming one of the most powerful women in the music industry through her VP role at BuVision, ambassador position with Reebok, and her budding businesses. Though Grimes turned down initial offers to work with Akon’s brother, she held out for the perfect opportunity.
