Queen Latifah has been a household name since the ‘90s and will soon have her name on the tip of everyone’s tongue and her face on everyone’s TV screen in September when her new talk show makes its debut. Although Latifah will be opening herself to the world in a completely new way, she explains that she’s still unwilling to open up about her much-talked-about romantic life.

For years, rumors about Latifah being a lesbian have drifted around the industry while intimate photos of her and her alleged girlfriends have hit web causing many to, understandably, conclude that she’s attracted to women. However, Latifah has notoriously refused to speak about her private life and in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she explains that she will continue to keep that side of her life out of the spotlight.

“I don’t feel the need to discuss my private life on this show or any other show,” said Latifah. “There’s the part of my life that the public and I share together. Then there’s the part that’s mine to keep for myself. And that’s mine.”

Considering all of the drama and scandals that occur when celebrities open up about their private life, we understand why Latifah would want to keep her romantic relationships out of the tabloids and to herself.

However, she’s not the only celeb who can’t seem to shake the media when it comes to questions about their sexuality. Check out some other “questionable” celebs below. – nicholas robinson
