Terrell Moore, 27, Lindsye Newton, 25, and Bryanna Warren, 25, are facing charges for beating a man unconscious for photobombing, a prank when someone inserts himself in the field of view of someone’s photograph or in the background as a distraction.

On May 11, 2013 while hanging out at a downtown bar in Denver, Colo. the trio was taking a photo of themselves when an unidentified man 30, walked passed them. The photo wasn’t the only thing that snapped, so did Warren who began fussing and struck the man. He pushed her away and walked away. Newton jumped in; the victim pushed both the ladies away and the argument was out of hand at this point. Moore knocked him unconscious. A police sergeant witnessed this attack and proceeded to offer help to the man who was on the ground, fearing he would be hurt in the crowd, not before Newton was able to get a few smacks in on the man with her purse.

Both Newton and Warren were charged with third-degree assault on an at-risk adult “for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground,” according to a news release.  Newton’s bond was set at $5,000; Warren’s was set at $2,000 and Moore’s was set at $10,000.

According to a medical report, the victim sustained permanent blindness in his right eye, facial fractures and intra-cranial hemorrhaging.

Their court dates are Aug. 22 and 23.
