Lady Gaga accuses Perez Hilton of stalking, Hilton responds
A blogger and a pop superstar recently had a nasty war of words via Twitter that lead to threats of bodily harm from the singer’s crazed fans. Lady Gaga who is currently promoting her new single “Applause” erupted at blogger Perez Hilton Sunday after he seemingly dissed the track and praised a track from Katy Perry. The diss led to both Gaga and Hilton trying to air out each other’s dirty laundry.
According to Gaga who used to be close friends with the writer, Hilton is an obsessed stalker and has violated her rights. Hilton later confirmed that he was looking for a New York City apartment and had coincidentally been shown one in her building.
“Do I need to be shot in the head for people to understand when he and everyone else who harasses me has gone too far,” wrote Gaga in a tweet. The tweet has since been deleted.
“I’m a human being!” she added.
Gaga then noted that the blogger teased her late last year after she injured her hip and was forced to take time off to recover.
“Still have the text Perez sent me of me in a wheelchair with the words KARMA written across + Madonna pointing a gun at me,” she tweeted.
Hilton has since responded in a statement and is retweeting Gaga’s fans or “monsters” who are threatening to murder him and kidnap his son. He also tweeted to Gaga’s parents telling them that if he is hurt by a fan of the singer then they “will have blood on their hands” and has accused Gaga of being a drug addict.
