The 32nd Annual Forbes 400 Ranking Of The Richest Americans hits newsstands and Oprah Winfrey is the only African American on the list with her estimated wealth holding steady at $2.9 billion. In this year’s issue, the combined wealth of the Forbes’ 2013 ranking of the richest people in America is the highest ever, $2 trillion.
