Miley Cyrus’ ’23’ music video
Miley Cyrus has released a video filled with cigarette smoking, tongue wagging and ill-fitting Michael Jordan-inspired outfits.
Titled “23,” the video features cameos from Mike WiLL Made It, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa.
“I put on my Js to dance the whole night away, I’m naught by nature like I’m hip-hop hooray,” sings Cyrus on the hook.
