When it comes to rap beefs and drama, Andre 3000 is one of the few emcees that has remained relatively drama free throughout his career. But that changed earlier this week when fellow veteran emcee DJ Quik took to Twitter on Monday night and claimed that the rumor that he has HIV/AIDS was started by elusive OutKast rapper Andre 3000.

As promised, Quik returned to Twitter yesterday morning and claimed that Andre 3000 started a rumor that he has the “monster,” which many assume to be HIV/AIDS. Quik also took the opportunity to take a jab at Andre as well with a diss towards the rapper’s high-profile former relationship with Erykah Badu.

Andre has yet to comment on or respond to Quik’s allegations, but this is certainly a major claim that could result in one major beef. Hopefully it gets squashed peacefully like these other hip-hop beefs below. – nicholas robinson
