Snoop Dogg, Diddy, Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross and other top rap acts were all on hand at the 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards. During the ceremony, there were several moments that stood out.

Here are the best moments from the best moments from the BET Hip-Hop Awards:

2 Chainz brings out Mannie Fresh and Juvenile

2 Chainz paid homage to Cash Money records by bringing out Mannie Fresh and Juvenile as he performed “Used 2.” Juvenile also performed  “Back That A– Up.”

Slaughter House’s Freestyle

Although TDE’s cypher was by far the best of the night, Slaughter House proved that they are still one of the best lyrical crews in hip-hop. Royce Da 5’9 also took a witty jab at Halle Berry and Drake.

Kendrick’s verse during the BET cypher

A few months after releasing the controversial “Control” verse, Kendrick picked up where he left off with the BET cyphers. It was indeed the most memorable moment of the night.

Bone Thugs’ performance

Bone Thugs closed the show by performing their past hits “Thuggish Ruggish Bone,” “First of the Month,” and “Crossroads.” At one time, they were the biggest group in hip-hop. It was good to see them together after years of turmoil.

“Real Husbands of Hollywood” freestyle cypher

Kevin Hart tried their hand rapping and it turned out to be the most hilarious moment of the night. Boris Kodjoe’s German rap; Nick Cannon’s diss aimed at Kevin Hart; and Kevin Hart’s nonsensical freestyle was pure comedy.
