Future and Drake are in a much better place, relationship-wise, after the two rappers went through a disagreement last month regarding Drake’s “Would You Like A Tour.” Future spoke about his bond with the YMCMB superstar during an interview with the Associated Press. The rift between the two originated when Future made some comments in an interview with Billboard about Drake’s Nothing Was the Same album.

“Drake made an album that is full of hits, but it doesn’t grab you,” Future reportedly said at the time. “They’re not possessive. They don’t make you feel the way I do. I want to make you want to fall in love.”

Drake’s camp reportedly took the remark as an insult, and subsequently removed Future as Drake’s opening act on the tour. The disagreement reached a head when Future threatened to sue Drake and the promoters for breach of contract, claiming that his removal from the tour would cost him millions. Eventually, things were smoothed over and Future re-joined the tour.

Now, he says that’s all water under the proverbial bridge.

“We pushed it way far behind us,” Future said of any disagreement. “We’re not paying attention to it no more.”

Drake’s enjoying tremendous success with the album and tour. Meanwhile, Future is currently prepping his upcoming project, Honest, for release.
