“Love & Hip Hop L.A” reports
Mona Scott Young is confirming reports that her popular “Love & Hip Hop” franchise is moving to Los Angeles. The Monami Entertainment head recently sat down with DJ Beestroh of Hot 107.9 Atlanta to dish on her popular reality series. When asked, however, what cities would be brought to VH1 next, Mona let it slip that Los Angeles was number one on her list.
“We’ve been looking at a few cities, it’s feeling like we’ll land in L.A., L.A. feels like the next city,” said Young.
“Again it’s about struggling artists trying to make it and that’s what’s great about the franchise but it’s feeling like we’ve got some great stories to tell in L.A.”
There have also been reports that “Love & Hip Hop” will expand to New Orleans and Houston.
