Mama Joyce Snaps On Kandis Best Friend
After Mama Joyce promised last week to stop criticizing Kandi’s engagement to Todd, Kandi decides to take Joyce, her aunts and her best friend, Carmon to shop for a wedding dress. However, things go horribly wrong when Joyce arrives and she immediately claims that Kandi will never get to use the wedding dress and that she’ll only be happy if Kandi marries someone else. Joyce then implies that Carmon is sleeping with Todd and Carmon defends herself, saying that Joyce is the real person spreading negative gossip about Todd and anyone else Kandi gets close to. Joyce jumps out of her seat and repeatedly tries to attack Carmon, who remains seated but Kandi, again, fails to correct her mother. Carmon tearfully tells Kandi that she’s drawing the line and Kandi needs to choose whether to let Joyce run wild or finally stop her shenanigans.
