YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley isn’t afraid of the power of Kimye. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West filed a lawsuit against Hurley back in October, claiming Hurley violated a confidentiality agreement that he signed which barred him from sharing of their engagement at AT&T Park. But Hurley is readying his own legal counterattack. Hurley is claiming that he was never informed of any such restriction.
The billionaire says that someone approached him with a document, asked him to sign it and take a photo confirming that it was signed. But according to Hurley, he was led to believe that he was signing a release form in case his image was featured in the footage and used later.
Hurley has filed his own suit, demanding that Kimye’s suit be dropped and the couple be made to cover his legal expenses.
