Tre’viance Markese Walker, 22, lacks patience and regard for human life. The overly aggressive football fan was watching the University of Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State football game on TV on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, when five-month-old JB reportedly interrupted him wallowing over OSU’s loss.
He was babysitting for his girlfriend when grabbed JB by the head , so aggressively his head “snapped back,” according to the Norman, Okla. police. He then dropped the infant from two feet hight.
JB was found unconscious in his playpen with bruises on his head and blood in his ear. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy revealed he had a hematoma on the brain after suffering head trauma.
Walker reportedly lost a $200 bet so he lashed out against the baby. Walker is being held at Cleveland County jail without bond. A court date has not been set.
