Doc Rivers
Doc Rivers took the Boston Celtics as far as he could in the 2012-13 season. He led the team to the NBA playoffs and they were defeated by the New York Knicks in the first round. Because of the aging team stars such as Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, it was apparent that the Celtics had already experienced its best days. Rivers eventually signed with L.A. Clippers to coach Chris Paul. The team is currently the fourth seed in the Western Conference.
