Are you ready for this? The blueMotion massager, which is expected to cost $129, aims to pleasure women with the help of an accompanying iOS or Android app. Vibrations can be controlled by self- play or by another user who is nearby.
OhMiBod co-founders Brian and Suki Dunham came up with the concept when they noticed they were spending too much time on their smartphones and less time being intimate. The couple has a full line of high-tech OhMiBod sex toys, including vibrators that align to the beat and rhythm of your favorite music, so the move into the wearable tech space was a natural progression.
How does it work? The vibrator has a Bluetooth chip inside it, which slides into the front of the blue panty. The motor reacts to the remote app controls and takes advantage of built-in smartphone features, including accelerometer, touch screen and volume controls. The app has to be within Bluetooth range for it to sync with the panties in real time.
The one-size-fits-all product is expected to hit the market in March 2014.
