Trouble began brewing between Ludacris and Tamika Fuller, the mother of his newborn, shortly after news broke that he fathered a child with her while allegedly on a “break” from his longtime girlfriend, Eudoxie Agnan. Just days ago, Fuller complained that Luda isn’t offering enough money in their child support case and now Luda is countering, saying that Fuller is trying to extort him for a new ride.
According to TMZ, court documents reveal that Ludacris asked a judge back in September to issue a gag order because he is “a major celebrity of great notoriety,” arguing that, across the nation, many judges offer celebrities gag orders to keep their sexual lives out of the public eye.
Luda claimed that the gag order was necessary because Fuller threatened to allege that he fathered a child with her while he was still in a relationship with Eudoxie if he didn’t supply her with a new car and $7,500 for her attorney’s retainer.
Unfortunately for Luda, the judge denied his request. However, it’s unclear whether Fuller received a car from Luda or not.
Well, clearly this was a messy infidelity and child support scandal long before the public even know about Fuller and their baby, and from the looks of things messy is what it will stay, at least until these legal issues are ironed out.
