One half of Atlanta rap group the Ying Yang Twins has been arrested and charged with beating his wife. Earlier this weekend, Deongelo Holmes was picked up in Georgia after Holmes’ wife Porshe Holmes accused him of punching her in the head.
The incident which occurred back in November was so bad that prosecutors say Porsche was left with a giant bump over her left eye.
Authorities state, “Holmes was charged with ‘family violence’ and two counts of simple battery. Deongelo was released on bond after agreeing to stay away from his wife — among other restrictions.”
There has been no word from Deongelo’s rep thus far in regards to his recent charges. – ruthie hawkins/@ruubabie
