Porsha Williams and other stars of ‘Real Housewives’ shows accused of living beyond their means
According to official court papers, in 2012 Porsha Williams was living the high-life in a swanky Buckhead condo that she ultimately couldn’t afford. As previously reported, Williams was sued by The Grandview Condominium Association for not paying her homeowner’s dues. On Jan. 13, 2014, a judge ruled that her bank account could be garnished for $17,859.67, which covers the amount owed to the association as well as several interest and court fees.
Williams has yet to comment on the messy debacle but several “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans have had no problems sounding off and gibing about the situation.
So Porsha is being sued for falling behind on rent payments…on a condo. Not the big house she “moved” into. Girl. #RHOA

Williams’ wage garnishment comes after she bragged of recently renting an 8,000-square-foot home, which several people surmised was much too large and expensive for the newly single starlet. She was adamant, however, that she acquired the home to “follow her dream” of building a family.
Like Williams there are several other housewives who’ve been accused of living beyond their means in an effort to “keep up with the Joneses.” Unsurprisingly, several of them are part of the Atlanta franchise’s cast.
