When it came Sunday night’s Grammy Awards performances, no other artist drenched the stage with more sex appeal, lust and allure than Beyoncé, who performed a seductive rendition of her new hit “Drunk in Love” with her husband, Jay Z, as the award show’s opening act. And although many have applauded Bey for lighting everyone’s fire with her performance, many others are criticizing the singer for allegedly lip-syncing during the show.
Rumors of Beyoncé lip syncing hit the Web shortly after her performance was done as many people noted that halfway through her performance she pulled out her earpiece for no apparent reason.
Bey’s vocals also seemed too flawless at points and at around the 2:50 mark of her performance it appears that Bey misses her vocal mark and pulls the microphone away from her mouth while her voice can still be heard crisp as day, as one fan pointed out in an Instagram video. Bey then quickly brings the microphone back to her mouth and once Jay came out on stage, her vocals seemed more authentic as she asked the audience to sing along with her.
However, some fans still weren’t pleased and let off a barrage of complaints on Twitter, saying that she lip-synced to a prerecorded vocal track just like she did at President Obama’s inauguration.
Don’t understand why Beyoncé had to lip sync her performance. Its not like she can’t sing

P!nk sang live while twirling in the air and hanging upside down. Beyoncé had to lip-sync while sitting motionless in a chair. Hmm.

If yall *let* Britney Spears lip-sync and still worship at her altar, yall can surely *let* BEYONCE lip-sync too

Well, if the rumor is true, it’s not the first time that Beyoncé has lip-synced. Although, as Bey proved after the inauguration fiasco, she can sing really, really well without any assistance. But she’s certainly not the only lip-syncing artist out there. Check out some other major lip-syncers below. –nicholas robinson
