Actor Marcus T. Paulk, most known for playing Brandy’s baby brother Miles on the 90’s sitcom Moesha will serve no jail time in relation to a domestic violence incident with his girlfriend over the summer.
As previously reported here at ro, Paulk got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend in August, but was not formally charged until November.
Reports say Paulk plead no contest to a single count of battery and four other charges were dropped altogether. He must enroll in a 12 month domestic violence treatment program as part of the deal.
In addition to the program, Paulk must obey a restraining order that doesn’t allow him within 100 yards of his (now presumably ex-) girlfriend.
