The FBI is on the scene and have rule our terror and see no indication of a crime.
While the subway system is unaffected, all Metro North service was temporarily suspended because all Metro North trains in and out of New York City use the rail lines adjacent to blast zone according to Metropolitan Transportation Authority spokesman Adam Lisberg. The MTA is preparing a work-around plan to try and restore at least some service today, he tells media.
Authorities on the scene expect the number of casualties to increase.
