Frank McCullough Jr., manager of Mezlan Shoes at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, isn’t just a sharp dresser whose shoes are always on point, he’s also a community-focused individual who supports the D.U.K.E.S. Foundation, an acronymn for Developing Urban Kids with Etiquette and Self-Esteem. Their mission is to utilize mentoring to elevate social conditions and reduce the level of violence committed by teens.


On Monday, March 31, 2014, from 6-8 p.m., Mezlan will host a fundraiser for the organization at Phipps Plaza.

I believe in setting goals and working my way from the back. When the people who are associated with me progress, then I know we have achieved our goal.

It’s like a farmer who works his fields: “you get out what you put in.”
