Michelle Williams responds to #PoorMichelle hashtag
After being taunted on Twitter via a hashtag that became the second most popular in the U.S., singer Michelle Williams fired back at fans. On Thursday a #PoorMichelle hashtag emerged, playing off PoorMichelle.com where fans noted instances where she seemingly got dissed by her Destiny’s Child bandmates.

As usual, the photos and captions uploaded by crafty Twitter users were snarky and hilarious, but Williams was none too pleased by the gibing. Blasting detractors for making her the butt of jokes, Williams issued the response below.

Despite her attempt to silence them, several #PoorMichelle Twitter jokesters are still at work rounding up pictures of her alleged misfortune. Back in February, Twitter users blasted her for allegedly not being invited to Kelly Rowland’s birthday party.
