Kenya throws Velvet a funeral
Kenya is still deeply heartbroken after the sudden death of her dog, Velvet, who was mauled by a neighbor’s dog. Kenya tells Kandi and Cynthia about Velvet’s death and breaks down in tears as she recounts the tragic moment to her two friends. Kenya invites both ladies to Velvet’s funeral and Cynthia agrees to go and to say a few kind words at the funeral. Kenya has Velvet cremated and has dozens of flowers ordered, as well as a headstone for the dog. Both Cynthia and Kenya’s aunt speak on Velvet’s behalf and Kenya sheds an ocean of tears as she recounts how she met Velvet and says her final goodbye to her beloved dog.
