Frank Ocean has never been an artist who’s keen on baring the details of his private life to the world, unless it’s a poetic Tumblr post revealing his sexuality to all. But this week, Ocean seemed to break all his personal rules and gave the world an eyeful when he posted a semi-nude selfie of himself on his Tumblr page, igniting a firestorm of talk.
The other night, Ocean posted a photo of himself standing shirtless in front of a mirror, seemingly wearing only green boxer briefs.
However, just as swiftly as Ocean posted the photo, he quickly and without warning, deleted it. He later posted a simple message on his Tumblr that read, “all posts after 2 a.m. and before 7 a.m. shall be forgiven.”
But as is the case with every celeb that posts a semi-nude selfie of themselves, Ocean’s selfie was screenshot by several happy fans and quickly went viral across the web.
Ocean could easily be a sexy heartthrob if he wanted to be, but considering that he no longer has an Instagram page (he deleted it) and barely uses social media, we likely won’t see any more shirtless selfies anytime soon. However, we think fans will be even more satisfied when he decides to drop some new music.
