I Heart Radio Music Awards photos
The first ever, I Heart Radio Music Awards, took place Thursday at Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium and brought out a bevy of celebs. Rihanna arguably stole the show with one of her signature ghetto-goth looks that included green lipstick and bantu knots.
The Bajan songstress won big, taking home four awards including artist and song of the year.
Pharrell Williams was also honored and took home iHeart Radio’s Innovator award that included video messages from Beyonce, Oprah, Usher and Lady Gaga dishing on his contributions to music.
The evening’s performers included Pitbull, Kendrick Lamar, Ariana Grande, 30 Seconds to Mars, Blake Shelton, Ed Sheeran and Shakira. Attendees included Hilary Duff, Diddy and Billy Ray Cyrus, who accepted an award on behalf of his daughter Miley.
