I THINK one of the biggest reasons black gay men hardly ever just come out the closet is because ,they realize how strong black men fell about having a child even black men with no job and no means to support a child love to have them . children are a strong connection for black families . the other issue is when you give birth to a boy you are continueing the family name .and generation . girl get married and change name . boys dont change names . they need to change that law ,, a man should be able to take a females name just as easy ..women see this as a status thing .. and a separation from her familie namesake .. but this is a serious matter for gays cause they get to change either name . if they marry//// i have no issue with gay marriage if thats what people want . not my business . but my own son/? that would be tough .but im strong i could manage . lots of people had to .. the only other choice is misout on the years of being family .. micheal sams open our eyes to the fact that ,just cause your boy is gay .,dont mean he cant make it to the pros …. glad this happen so some black parents can loossen up on boys .. it is what it is … i say its a mental defect to want to have sex and fall in love with your gender … but thats just my opinion … to each his own nobody dies for being gay
