Blue Ivy Carter continues to endure backlash for her natural hairstyle. On June 8, a photo surfaced of Jay Z, Beyoncé and Blue Ivy after they landed in New York.
As Jay Z held Blue Ivy, Beyoncé followed close behind. However, instead of celebrating a beautiful picture of a black family, social media users went after Blue Ivy for her natural hair.
Although there has been a resurgence of black women who embrace natural hair, some still react negatively to hair that is not straightened or permed.
