Update: Tracy Morgan’s condition improves

Comedian and actor Tracy Morgan, 45, has been upgraded to fair condition following the tragic New Jersey car accident that left him in critical condition, and took the life of his close friend, James “Uncle Jimmy Mack” McNair and injured his assistant, Jeffrey Millea.

“Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement,” Morgan’s spokesperson Lewis Kay said. “His personality is certainly starting to come back as well.”

On June 7, Morgan along with 6 others were riding in a limo bus where they were struck by Jonesboro, Georgia, resident Kevin Roper and his Walmart truck.

The former “Saturday Night Live” star who was reported to be fighting for his life suffered broken ribs and a broken leg. We’re ecstatic to hear that Morgan has taken a turn for the better.

As for Roper, he has pleaded not guilty to death by auto and assault by auto charges. Story developing… – ruthie hawkins/@ruubabie
