Paula Deen’s son, Jamie Deen, posts photo of himself kissing ‘Aunt Jemima’

Jamie Deen and Ineata Jellyroll Jones kissing

The Deens can’t get enough of making themselves targets for accusations of racism. Jamie Deen, son of infamous Southern chef Paula Deen, posted on Twitter a photo of himself kissing a black employee, Ineata “Jellyroll” Jones and writing the caption: “Don’t tell [my wife] Brooke. #jellyroll #sugar.”

The Food Network chef and host of “Home for Dinner” Jamie Deen’s mother Paula, reportedly “used Jones for restaurant theater. At 11 a.m., when the doors opened at [her restaurant] Lady & Sons, she stood in front and rang an iron dinner bell,” says her cousin, Dora Charles.

Jones made hoecakes at an open kitchen station in view of customers, and according to the Columbus Dispatch, “Deen wanted Jones to dress in an old-style Aunt Jemima outfit.”

“Jellyroll didn’t want to hear that. She didn’t want to do that,” adds Charles, who’s an ex-employee of Lady and Sons.

Jones was at the center of the racists accusations hurled at Paula Deen last year.

Jones’ nickname “Jellyroll” is also slang for vagina and sexual intercourse on dictionary.com. She may want to reconsider the nickname.
