President Obama infamously called superstar Kanye West a “jackass” in 2012, and has been dismissive of the Kardashians, West’s now-in laws, over the years. Yeezy has taken some jabs at Obama ever since, and he added another one this week. During an interview with Power 106 FM, Kanye disnissed the POTUS who initially was elected on a slogan of “Change”:
“You can’t effect change from inside the White House like that,” West said. “You gotta have the money.”
“Good ideas usually aren’t connected to money as much,” West declared. “Creativity and extreme genius are extremely cheap.”
Kanye then stated that he is on a mission ordained by a Higher Being.
“Don’t worry about how I’m saying what I’m saying. Look at what I’m saying and how I feel my intent is,” he explained.
“You do not want to go against the power,” Kanye continued. “I’m working on one mission, and that’s a mission from God. I’m gonna make it very clear exactly what I’m here to do. I’m here to help. I’m going to apply all the blessings I’ve got.”
“We’re moving to the future,” added Ye. “[And] I’m gonna be the anchor.”
