Denise Vasi is one of VH1’s “Single Ladies”and Anthony Mandler is a film director, music video director, television commercial director and photographer. His company Black Hand Cinema, is a boutique that specializes in commercials, music videos and short films. As a music video director, his most notable and frequent collaborator is Rihanna.
“[We] met through work, but I can honestly say we became friends first. I was filming a music video for Lil’ Wayne, “How To Love,” and that’s how we met. I had two incredible days working with him. They didn’t end up using the video, but I’m so grateful for that project because I got to meet the love of my life. I never in a million years expected that I was going to meet my husband by taking that project, but I did. So we are thankful!” Vasi told Bossip.
