A few months after the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, CBS and Dr. Bill Cosby collaborated on a documentary. The documentary was entitled “Black History: Lost, Stolen or Strayed.” The film could have ruined Cosby’s acting career, but instead it is a long lost testament to the racial history of the United States. Originally aired in 1968 it still rings true with the exposure of the American media culture in its portryal of the black man in America.
