Lil Mo found out that you don’t go after pop music royalty and not expect a snappy comeback.
Mo, of “R&B Divas” fame, exploded in an angry Instagram rant after she felt that she was disrespected by Prince’s security before his performance at this year’s Essence Festival. After she was told to wait as security blocked a walkway for Prince to enter the stage, she hopped on social media and blasted the security and even the Purple One himself.
Then she took things a step further and mocked Prince’s performance.
Prince responded with a few tweets, most of which were immediately deleted. But one that remained fired a very clear shot at the singer-turned-reality star.
“I hope she know, none of her clothes match,” read the tweet from Prince’s @3RDEYEGIRL Twitter account.
