Rapper Bow Wow made comments about his famous ex-girlfriends, reality star Angela Simmons and singer Ciara, during his recent guest appearance on Nick Cannon’s “Wild ‘N Out” that raised some eyebrows and reportedly, the ire of one of his famous exes. When asked which of the two women were better at oral sex during the show’s “Plead The Fif” segment, Bow Wow decided to not skirt the subject.
“Well, at one time they both was my women correct?” he said. “So if you put one and one together– I mean, of course we must have been doing the do if they was my women, correct? Well, then I might as well go ‘head and keep it even, they both is might, mighty, mighty swell.”
In the wake of her ex’s comments, Simmons spoke to rolling out this week about her frustrations with her personal life being fodder for public consumption.
“It’s a lot of pressure if you’re in a relationship with someone in the industry because you both have to carry yourself a certain way, which you should be doing anyway,” Simmons says. “But any little thing — even if it isn’t true — it can come back and affect your relationship. People are always like ‘It doesn’t,’ but it really does.”
The daughter of hip-hop legend Rev. Run has been linked to celebrities like rapper Romeo and NBA star Brandon Jennings over the years, but seems to have grown weary of the scrutiny.
“Dating in the spotlight is extremely hard — it’s always pressure,” she says. “People always want to know who you’re dating. if you’re not dating someone, then you’re [supposedly] gay, which just comes out of nowhere.”
“It’s a difficult, interesting industry to date in,” Simmons added. “And that’s why I’m single.”
