Pittsburgh Steelers player Cam Thomas, 27, is being sued for allegedly giving his ex-girlfriend genital herpes. The defendant, in her lawsuit, is claiming he lied to her when confronted saying “puss-filled bumps on his buttocks and inner thigh” resulted from sweat buildup and the sores on his penis came from an accident with a zipper.

Thomas denies the allegations and says the defendant, listed as “Adrienne,” is after his money. Adrienne filed the lawsuit in San Diego where she dated Thomas when he played for the San Diego Chargers. She tested positive for herpes in February 2012. She also claims Thomas was physically abusive. This claim is not part of the lawsuit.

Adrienne is seeking unspecified damages for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud through intentional concealment and negligence.
