Tragedy once again struck Missouri, as police were forced to shoot a knife-wielding suspect. The unidentified male was accused of taking items from the Six Star Market store in St. Louis. Someone noticed him walking and acting strangely and a witness called police.

Two police officers responded to the call and confronted the individual. The officers ordered him to drop the knife and according to police and eyewitnesses, he advanced and said, “Shoot me now.” After closing within a few feet, both officers opened fire, killing the suspect. Neither officer has been identified at this time but all who witnessed the event said the police had no choice but to fire.
