Cee Lo Green must register as narcotics offender, following ecstasy accusation

Cee Lo Green showed up to Los Angeles County Superior Court and said, “I plead no contest where I maintain my innocence” on Friday, August 29, 2014. The “F.U.” crooner maintained he did nothing wrong after being accused of slipping ecstasy to a woman, 33, while on a date at a sushi restaurant in July 2012. She recorded Green referencing the incident in a later conversation.


The former “Voice” judge was sentenced to three years of probation and must perform 360 hours of community service. He also has to attend 52 substance abuse therapy sessions, register as a narcotics offender and pay restitution to his unidentified female victim.
