Although it’s clear that something has gone tragically wrong in Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s marriage, both stars have been noticeably silent on the matter, even as tabloids come up with multiple stories as to why their marriage has crumbled. But now, Cannon is finally breaking his silence and is challenging all of the rumors about his divorce.
Yesterday, Cannon vented all of his tabloid frustration on Twitter and explained that, regardless of whatever is privately going on in his marriage, he will always love Carey.
Cannon’s final tweets seemingly refer to his interview with Yahoo’s The Insider host Chris Spencer last month, in which Cannon was quoted as saying: “There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”
Well, we’ll never use “trouble in paradise” to describe their marriage again, and considering how both stars are treating the divorce, we doubt we’ll learn anymore about the split any time soon. Well, unless Carey decides to divulge anymore. – nicholas robinson
