Whenever K. Michelle appears on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club,” you can expect her to say some off the wall things. And when she appeared on the show this week, the amount of shade thrown was off the charts as she slammed both Lil’ Kim and Soulja Boy in her interview.
While chatting with the radio hosts, K. Michelle discussed her recent Twitter beef with Lil’ Kim. As previously reported the feud started when K. Michelle praised Nicki Minaj as “the queen of rap” during the VMAs, which prompted Kim fans to attack her on Twitter. When K. Michelle fired back at them, Kim chimed in and slammed K. Michelle for dissing her fans.
Although K. Michelle vowed that she wouldn’t let a Twitter beef ruin their friendship, she says she and Kim are no longer friends.
“I ain’t studying that lady!” said K. Michelle, before explaining how strong her friendship with Kim was before. “Kim has my number. … You’ve even talked about me being the godmother to your daughter.”
K. Michelle says that her beef was never with Kim, instead it was with her fans.
“I went and tweeted, ‘F— all you “Lil’ Kim fans, you muthaf—– aren’t going to tell me what to say. B—-, tryna get a moment. Neither one of us was there, muthaf—-. At least I’m in the studio working. You been in the game. I’m not bothering nobody. They come for me because they know I’m going to say something. I look up to you. You know how much I respect you, Kim,” K. Michelle said.
K. Michelle continued to blast Kim, saying “Why would you go talk to me on Twitter? You could’ve been a woman and text me. I don’t get that. I have been so supportive of her but you tell your fans to attack me. Yes, I still like Nicki and I’m still gon’ shake my a— to her music. But how you did me that was very petty. You got a new baby, shouldn’t your breast be in that baby mouth? You should be doing some s— like breast-feeding instead of bothering me. I’m out here tryna get to where you was [sic].”
